Manage your events
Find your next favorite event, or organize your own. Keep event discovery, planning, invitations, ticketing, and check-in essentials all in one place on Evento. Find Events View, search, and explore nearby and upcoming events across various categories. You can browse public events even without an account. Check out event dates, times, venues, organizers, and descriptions, and share them with friends. Host Your Own Event Create events by adding a name, description, cover photo, time, and location. Set it as a public or private event, define capacity limits, allow guest invitations, and add co-host details. For cultural and formal gatherings, you can also add profiles for a Chief Guest, Key Speaker, or Primary Guest. Save events as drafts and publish them later. Guests & Participation Invite guests via email, view the attendee list, and share the event's QR code. Keep your invited, upcoming, and past events neatly organized in your "Joined" list. Tickets & Payments Organizers can create free or paid ticket tiers. Buyers can select ticket types and quantities at checkout; where supported, there is also an option to split payments among multiple attendees. View your purchased tickets and order status in "My Tickets," and use QR tickets for seamless check-in. Event Management Manage Published, Draft, and Past events separately. Organizers have access to tools for managing ticket tiers, attendee check-ins, and payouts. Depending on the event, features like memberships, season passes, ticket resales, and promoter links may also be available. Community & Updates Follow your favorite organizers, view and share event stories, engage in event chats, or send direct messages to organizers and other users. Invite new users by sharing your referral code. More Features Supported events may feature sponsored discovery and ticket-linked local offers. For organizers, subscription-based Insights and AI-assisted tools (for event descriptions, cover art, and search) are available—subject to service availability and account/event eligibility. Evento supports Bengali, English, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, and Japanese. Choose your preferred language and switch between light and dark themes. Use Evento to discover events, plan with friends, and manage your own gatherings.
