that dang $50 hold is just ridiculous it doesn't take $50 to charge an ev i have not paid over $38 yet. and where my money you put on hold is don't see it
There should be discounted pricing for FP&L users or at least an option to sign up for discounted rates like the other EV companies
it's a hit or miss which one will read your car. always takes multiple tries to find one that works and the cables are ridiculously heavy

Easy to use. Most of the time the chargers work.
I've used f p l twice and both times it tells me my car is not compatible when it actually is, and we'll not start. I always have to call customer service. Give them to override the system from charge. My car. Being low on battery is already enough anxiety. Please fix your issues at your machines. I don't have this problem at the tesla chargers. Money is green keep it simple
