I'm very disappointed with this business I have fuel points on here I don't even know if I can get them it has completely made it impossible for me to download the other app Shell fuel points so honestly I don't know what to do they won't use my email they deny me
hard to navigate never can get rewards off them
10/17/26: automatically updated. I have that disabled. 3/21/23: Rate this app keeps popping up, continually. It's disruptive. Edit: still popping up and disruptive. Now also wants so many permissions, too.

I can't sign in into new app 🤬🤬 already call to costumer service and supposedly they will contact me by email but 5 days later Am still waiting 🤬🤬🤬
This app worked perfectly fine. Now I'm being forced to switch to the shell app which only has a 2.9 rating and for good reason. It keeps giving errors on the "reward" part of the app, assuming it even let's u sign in. If we're being forced to switch, they need to put money into the app we're now being forced to use. It's a gas company. THEY HAVE THE MONEY! Now my rewards are useless, and I'll have to look into other gas companies, that actually spend money to keep their customers.

Hasn't updated me to platinum even though I feel up all the time. It doesn't even count it. So how am I saving if your app is below subpar? Save the lies for someone who believes you.
