Gauge reads both and gives you an honest fit check: • A clear fit band, from Low to Strong, and whether it sits near the edge of a band • Every requirement in the job description, marked met, partly met or missing • Evidence quoted word for word from your CV, so nothing is invented • Blockers such as relocation or work authorisation, before you spend time applying • The gaps to close, and exactly what to do about each one Got the interview? Gauge builds your briefing: • Company facts checked against the page they came from, with the source linked • The questions you'll most likely face, what each one tests, what to build on and what not to overclaim • A 90-second pitch that uses your real experience • Questions to ask them, and a checklist for the day before Export any report as a PDF. Gauge never shows a made-up score. If your CV doesn't show something, Gauge says so plainly.
