CompareOpen in Google PlayReview insights appear once we have at least 20 saved reviews for this app (7 so far). They grow each time reviews are refreshed.
Another example of poor conversion from a decent online portal to rubbish app. Unable to reschedule sessions through the app. No availability appears in the app. This was so much easier through the online portal. Now I have to contact the centre via email or phone to reschedule a session.

hey Harvey it's Ethan just wanna know when I go on my explore app the date is last session
I cannot login despite resetting my password. Why have they made it so you cannot access the site online to manage bookings. I will have to leave explore learning becuase of this.

Hi Dan, sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with logging into the app. Your login details are the same as those you used for the Member Portal. If you're still experiencing issues with accessing the app, please contact your management team who will be able to assist you further.

Initially I was sceptical about the app that it has no tutor names when rescheduling, and progress comparison against UK curriculum is not visible. But the Explore Learning staff contacted me and noted my feedback and took my suggestions! excellent customer service! Hopefully they will add the tutor names/initials when rescheduling the sessions (my kid likes a particular tutor) and soon we will see study progress comparison on app too! Explore Learning impressed me today!

Hi Natia, thanks for your feedback. Progress is still available via the Member Portal, I’ve asked your centre to contact you to support you directly. Improved progress reporting is also coming to the app soon. Thanks for the note on tutor names, we’ll consider this in future improvements.
An excellent app that supports my child's tuition membership. I can keep track of my sessions, get helpful reminders and receive a full summary of how my child got on after each session! You can use the AI coach to ask questions about the curriculum and what your child has covered so you can understand the progress they're making and where they need more support. Excited for the progress graphs, which I'm told are coming soon, which will show full progress made since starting!
