CompareOpen in Google PlayReview insights appear once we have at least 20 saved reviews for this app (12 so far). They grow each time reviews are refreshed.
Stopped supporting my Eyeque device. For no other reason than they want to sell me a new one that does exactly the same thing. Save yourself the tedious trouble & just go to an optometrist. Followup: custom service was less than useless. They just keep pushing buying the same unit again. Stay away
doesn't work took my email and uses it but does do the service it clams very disappointed
I am using it already for a few years. I cannot set up profiles anymore. I also cannot save my results. Most features don't work anymore. But I can still go through a test and see the results shortly. That's why it is partially useful. But only for doing a test. No profiles, no history!
Furious that i spent money on the "equipment", app crashes and is unusable, no way to use anything! Latest galaxy phone.
Do not see the option for the kids mode, as is listed on the box and website.
Keeps crashing! Can't use it currently.

Can't even sign in. I've registered my account and can log in on the website. When I try on the app it states "username and password do not match". Resetting password has no effect. I have also tried with a password manager in case I am typing incorrectly to no avail.

Not accurate for eye sight measurement. Can not measure PD with diz (this) device. Can not measure how execty eye sight iz weak.not worth to buy diz product wid (with) current performance

Hi there, the Insight screens: 20/20, color, and contrast vision. It does not provide refractive error results which are more precise and used to order glasses. The Insight lets you know if you need glasses, have color blindness, or contrast sensitivity issues. If you need any assistance or more information, please email us at support@eyeque.com.

Any advice in helping to Improve the result? I have the Full package of EyeQue Miniscope and also the Smartphone Vision Screener and the results are way off from my current prescription. Any advice is very much welcome. Thanks

Hi Stoica, You need to increase the resolution of your device to FHD or it will not work. Your smartphone actually has a PPI of 521 and was tested in house. If you resolution is lower, then it will not work. Please change the resolution, then force close and restart the app and it will work.
