I have to log in every single time. Useless app.

Have to use this app on the jobsite I'm working on. Worked great for the first few months, but ever since the update on Jan 28, 2026 I can't even open the app. It just crashes. I have uninstalled and re-download several times but still crashes after I sign in. I still receive notifications from the app though

they sometimes take days to upload, which is pretty unacceptable when you're required to do multiple in a day, IMO.

Best app I've used for pretask planning

Will not upload reports. When I try and make observations all it does is have a spinning circle and does nothing. As of 4/15 app will not open.
