this app has become a complete POS! I've completed an order, at least a half dozen times, and every single time, my order gets cancelled 🤬

Update: from prior review, the chat option now works but still horrible customer service. Fanatics lies about returns - they're not free despite the app claiming "free returns as long as it's purchased on the app."

I used the app to get support for a damaged gift card and it was one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I've ever had with customer service from a big company like this one.
