edited again. still can't get my packages because the require a signature and they pick to deliver in the middle of the day when no one's home. additionally they make you pay to schedule a time when you would be home. so they purposely trap you into paying to recieve your mail at a reasonable time. not sure how that's legal.

doesn't send notifications. I have push notifications selected for all situations and I never get notifications when I go in to try and update and save it says something went wrong try again and it says this every single time

Super slow application. Never works. One of the worst apps for such a huge company. You need to log out and log back into the app every time.
Useless. I keep missing my delivery, because I have to sign for it. I work nights, and the guy comes right in the middle of the day. I wanted to hold the package at a local location, but EVERY time I go to do it, the app says it can't be done for some amorphous reason. The app fails in what should be a simple process.
simple to use, step by step shipping labels, the QR code is great. but poor loading, app frequently not available, very frustrating
