this company is AWFUL they WILL lose your packages and despite Amazon's delivery photos showing the package in their warehouse they will deny every receiving it. they will tell you to take it up with Amazon and amazon has a policy to not give refunds or redelivery for packages sent to Fetch. you WILL lose your money time and packages. my apartment complex forces me to use them, they are terrible avoid at all cost.
App somehow logged me out even though I still get notifications. Using my password won't work, and even trying to recover the password so I can try changing it doesn't actually send the verification code to my email so I'm just unable to access anything in the app at all now and thus unable to schedule packages. And of course the website only directs you to the app so you can't just try logging in via browser as a work around. Apps fine when it works, but consider when it fails.
Genuinely the most useless service to exist. Want your packages slower? Move to an apartment complex that makes you pay for fetch. Want a more confusing experience? Fetch is for you.
A package delivery service that somehow can't move two small packages between warehouses. Absolutely garbage customer service.
Trying to utilize the app to get ahold of customer service is the worst experience. Auto scheduled deliveries did not necessarily mean "auto scheduled." Fetch overall is a terrible company/delivery service. If I wasn't forced to use it, I wouldn't.

Garbage middle man service. it makes me angry thinking that I have to use this so called "service". makes getting my orders way less convenient

This service hasn't failed me until this labor day weekend, 2026. I got a notice my packages were delivered to my door. All other deliveries came with a photo of the package at my door but not this one. Now I'm going back and forth through emails of them asking me to provide the same tracking info that I've provided. No phone number to call to speak to a real person. The email count is currently at 15 with no resolution.
