Tried it once. The video and audio works fine. Can consult a doctor online without any problem. The main issue is when I try to download the documents such as MC from the app. It keeps saying that my phone doesn't allow to download any files from the app even when I have allow all permissions to the app. A suggestion is to have features like banking apps where you will be given choices to share your receipts to other platforms like email, WhatsApp, etc. after each transaction. Kindly improve.
Waiting time to video call a doctor is super short (like 1-2 mins) and medicine + delivery are included in the subscription. Great experience!
