Doesn't seem to work on android phones v10 onward. Worked well on my phones in the past. I'd like to still use this app. Battery optimization disabled for this app, but still does not update location.

I have used this app for many years. I didn't use it since I got a new phone until this week. I have a Samsung S22 and my wife has a Samsung A12. Neither phone seems to return the ping sent by the other phone. Help

Hi John, It sounds like the Family Tracker app is not excluded from the list of battery optimized apps. Please do the following on both devices: Go to Settings -> Battery -> Battery Optimization, select "All apps", find the Family Tracker app in the list and click on it, then select "Don't optimize" and hit "Done".

I have this app on three devices and they all stopped tracking. They show only location when problem started. Tapping location ping button does nothing. It just doesn't respond on all devices.

Hi Cecil, we had a network outage causing all apps to stop working. The network was restored several hours ago. All apps should be working normally now.

Hi Kabi, this is a local setting on your device. At some point you have selected Uber as your default mapping application on your phone. You can fix this. Go to Phone Settings -> Apps -> Uber -> Set as Default and then hit "Clear Defaults".

This app and developers use to be fantastic however they seem to have took the money & ran. 5 paid apps that dont work with 0 help & NO response! DON'T BUY!!!! I just read your response to this comment and although you did in the past respond you have NOT responded to the last few emails and this YEAR LONG ON GOING PROBLEM has yet to be fixed. Your rating is dropping and it seems you level of customer care is extremely low. I hope you fix the problem but we have 5 paid subscriptions with 0 help
