My main issue with the app is it WILL NOT allow me to edit my watchlist! I can add things but I get an error message when trying to remove something. Also, I hate the watchlist on the app does not correspond to the desktop site.

Hi, Jean. We haven't received widespread reports of this. First, ensure you are running the app's current version and that your device is on the latest operating system. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Technical Support team so they can help troubleshoot it.

Today the market decided to lose all my funds... I use a third but the rest is apparently not available? The more I use this, the more I am unsure. And forget customer service... that's another A.I. frustration.

The app is so hard to navigate. I just want to sell my stock and deposit it into my account. So many jumps and hoops. Sad

Hi, Reed. We're sorry to read that you've had a frustrating experience navigating our app. You can place a trade by selecting the "Transact" button at the bottom of the screen, entering the symbol of your stocks and filling out the trade ticket. Once your funds have settled click "Transact," then "Transfer" to move money to another account.
After the recent updates and options to utilize the original platform, I am content with this application. It's basic, but it's all I need to an extent, considering it's a mobile app. It would be awesome if I could change my 401k contributions and also I have a few old 401ks I want to delete for they are 0$ vacant accounts. 1. your app says they are not there when I am looking at them 2. Even if I could you have no method of deleting them. Makes no sense and is a simple fix. please update!!

Best investment platform even though the app is quite simple. The service is amazing, you can call really late and still get your help.

Easy to manage assets with this application and Gui. The trading web view is fantastic and easy to use.

Mixed feelings. App is ok if you only do shares and simple stuff. But it's quite bad when you want to trade options. It just doesn't seem capable of showing accurate pricing and tends to jump back and forth at times, meaning you potentially lose out of profits if you're not aware of this. Seen this issue with more people on different phones, so unlikely to be an issue specific to my device.
