Can't log in. It shows the logo for Walgreens and then just jumps back and forth between that and the log in screen.
You are making things unnecessarily difficult for your customers. It is already 2026, and you are still using paid phone calls? Why not offer internet-based calls instead? They are much cheaper and more affordable for customers. I was charged around USD 36 for just a 12-minute call from Malaysia to the US. Not only is the cost ridiculously high, but I was also unable to speak to a translator. I tried contacting the translator twice, but nobody answered.
Use this app daily, user friendly, great information, and can easily use the options.. Really like the app..
