** Many years using this- 😡- FN now has bugs - pictures upload to WO twice or fail to upload- Logos to company names do not match actual company- that they refused to fix. Notications have your name instead of sender- affects work flow - All new customer service team . why? gone are the experienced reps I knew before- All this hurts my performance as a technician. recent major update messed up a lot of things that used to work well.

they broke the app in the latest update trying to upload pictures either fails or gives multiple copies every single time on every job. do not do the latest update

⚠️ CONTRACTORS BEWARE: Field Nation allows suspicious employers to use its platform and provision accounts for technicians they "hire." After I reported nonpayment, I lost account access, preventing me from continuing to report the activity or reach tech support. FN allows these employers to continue assigning work orders without accountability. Contractors deserve protection, not a platform that enables scammers to hire techs for jobs they have no intention of paying for.

App not working

terrible company

I've stayed quiet about this for a while, hoping the next update would fix it, but it's been bothering me enough that I finally have to leave a review. Every message notification says I have a new message from myself instead of showing the name of the person who actually messaged me. How would I be messaging myself? 😂 It seems like a variable or sender-name field may have gotten mixed up somewhere in the notification system. Please fix this. It seems like it should be a fairly straightforward

The buyers rip you off fairly often. The platform often doesn't help recover unpaid money.
