Crashes immediately after granting permissions

when switching from different formats like jpeg tiff ect,the veiwfinder goes black and will not preview what the camera is seeing. also the low light performance is very noisy even when in a fairly lit room where other camera apps have no problem. Google pixel 9
I really like the app but unfortunately it doesnt use optical zoom, making my S Ultra series cameras no use and also a lot of unfortunate bugs in the system..

Hi sir, i have purchased this app in the year 2021 but for my mobile model it was not working. But, now with my new mobile Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra with Thermal is also not recognising my subscription. kindly look in to the matter and do needful🙏
weekly sub for manual controls; would buy if it was single payment
how do I get a refund, even though their app won't work on my new phone which is significantly better than my old phone! you take money from me but won't adapt the app to work on newer phones!
