Hello! Sorry this happened to you. In some cities it’s easy to find tourists, but in others it can be harder. Sometimes tourists already have a guide or don’t need a tour anymore. But if a tourist doesn’t read and reply to your message, we give your responses back to your balance so you can use them for other orders!
Can not sign-up and always said "Request Blocked Due to Suspicious Activity"

Most of the time, app is not opened even after multiple refresh. How can one be aware of customer queries and response updates on such situation of slack. Worst of the types. If it will not get better, in a day or two, I will uninstall it and deactivate my account.
