The app provides agents with useful tools and information to support their day-to-day activities, including: • Agent Dashboard View important account information, available features, and useful links from one convenient dashboard. • Insurance Companies & Products Browse available insurance companies and products and access relevant information based on your account and permissions. • Enrollment & Applications Access enrollment resources, application links, and other tools provided for your insurance work. • Agent Profile Manage your profile information, contact details, NPN, calendar information, and other account details. • Leads & Contacts Keep track of relevant contacts and access information needed to manage your business activities. • Documents & Licenses Access and manage relevant documents and license information where available. • Agent Configuration View and manage available account and business settings according to your assigned permissions. • Notifications Receive important updates and notifications related to your account and the app. • Secure Sign-In The app supports secure account authentication, including email and password and phone-based authentication. Eligible devices may also support fingerprint or Face ID login. • Gmail Integration Agents can connect their Google account when needed to use Gmail-related features within the app. Google account connection is optional and is used for the applicable Gmail functionality. • Multiple Access Levels Features and information may vary depending on whether you are an Agent, Admin, or Sub-Admin and the permissions assigned to your account.
