okay....I just wish more of the foods had metric settings. I weigh my food out and grams are just more accurate than a scoop or tsp/tbsp.

not a free use app, after downloading and logging in; you input your birthday, and are forced to "select" a coach, and then immediately get sent to a paywall..... no way around it - immediately uninstalled and unsubscribed from all emails

Not user-friendly. Focus is on selling 1st phorm products. It was extremely expensive for the value delivered. In response... I have an advisor, and he's aware of the bugs and issues with the app.

I have never had a negative experience with anything 1st phorm related. Every product is quality and the people are genuine, hardworking, encouraging, and fun.

can't connect any devices for steps. App won't even load a previous week's workout so you can review weights

I have been using this app for almost 4 years and it has helped me keep track of my food, track progression with lifting weights and has allowed me to regain confidence in myself and my body!

I use this app for my health.. I'm having trouble connecting this app to get my steps to register. can anyone help me? it was working fine until 2 to 3 weeks ago.. its like 1st phorm not on the permissions list to sync with google fit. I really like this app and all it's tools in one place. I wished there was something could've been done so I could continue to use it. I Loved using this app. thank you for trying..
