Fitch Learning Canvas Student

awful awful app. just awful. nightmare. its shocking how can somebody provide this kind of an app after taking such a high fee. just awful. to the core. abysmal.

App has very limited/poor functionality The offline feature doesn't work There is no tracking of where one is up to in lectures watched It's due major upgrades/enhancements

Pathetic experience. Very difficult to get meaningful help.

CQF - get a grip. For a £15k course as a bare minimum I would expect to be able to play a video in landslide view, actually to see the whole virtual whiteboard, to be able to pause, jump, go back. The app seems good at first glance but soon you discover it actually fails to do the very basic. Once it flips to vertical view, there is no way turning it to horizontal. In vertical you see only half the whiteboard. In horizontal you cannot restart the play or jump to certain time. Money first again?

Not able to do full zoom I.e screen size zoom. on videos and viewing lecture is of no use on mobile or medium sizes laptop as per current screen size of video. Video runs on less than half of mobile screen size
