its slow locks me out of delivering load to close out a load i delivered take for ever to get new load yet the people on green leaf is getting right away be better 5f
doesn't work well. all time stopped it.
I having problems with the app and no humans to help
cannot open My Settlements in the app. worked a few days.
this company is an absolute joke. went to all AI for support so there is 0 support for drivers when stuff goes wrong. the rates are so low that most of the time you are actually spending money and paying to move their freight. don't walk away from this ... RUN

app lies to get drivers to take loads. multiple times now, the app will say estimated wait time is a lot less than it actually is, so drivers will accept the load. prime example got a load estimated wait time to offload said 52 mins, so I went ahead and accepted the load. I've been here going on 3 hrs. I just checked th app, and jt still says the estimated wait time is now 55 minutes. this should be illegal

Support is terrible. Been over a week and still can't find anyone to fix my missing points for my pay tier stuff. They talk safety but then expect you to be on your app while driving 20 miles through narrow roads with no place to pull over. Any support is sub par, taking way too long and only through an in app text message and is usually no help. All this adds up to missed loads and lost money for the drivers. Run the other way. They need some massive improvements here.
