When installing, app asks for all permissions and then says I need to grant it additional permissions even though it already has all available access. Deleting.

It would not accept my valid email!
There is no way to cancel a service request if it is no longer needed

You want to tap on the Track icon which will list your requests. Choose the request you have in mind and you can cancel that request in the request detail screen
This app is poorly built from a privacy perspective. It asks for all permissions up front instead of as they are needed.

We thank you for your feedback and will make the necessary adjustments. Overall, this is not a bug. Also, with regards to privacy, you can always decline any permission screen so we are not putting your privacy at risk any time.
Cannot load jurisdiction list. I have a valid internet connection on my phone, but it will not load a jurisdiction list, so I cannot use the app.

We had a slight issue with our server today because of a script that tied up server resources. Everything is running fast again. Do keep in mind if you live in an area that has not joined our platform, then you will not get an available jurisdiction.
You have to give app permission to too much on your phone. Not worth the hassle of the app always turning wifi and other things on when not in a wifi area. Deleted.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there are users who are less experienced than you who thinks the app is broken when there is no internet. Which is why we assist them with WiFi connections. App permissions are required and created by the Google Android OS for the features that the App has available.
I have no way of knowing or following up on service requests sent to the city. No tracking number for the city, an app tracking number not useful to me. Also app dev didn't respond to my questions.
