didn't reorder premium. I've tried to cancel they are giving me such a hard time. I will not recommend this device to anyone. Scam about you can cancel. they will come back later to charge you.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I had to navigate 10 separate cancellation screens before the subscription was actually confirmed as cancelled. EXTREMELY deceptive, borderline FRAUDULENT, should be CRIMINAL.

Using this app automatically signed me up for a $99.00 subscription. When I tried to cancel my subscription the app said that they could not find my subscription. I don't want to pay for a yearly subscription that I don't want or need.

it's useful. it is okay.
I absolutely geek out over the live data gauges checking data that would require an expensive OBD2 scanner that I can read for free with FIXD! HOWEVER, the "Battery Life" indicator is just a countdown to buy a new battery after a year, I asked the chatbot in the app, "Currently, there is no specific information available on how the FIXD app calculates or displays your vehicle battery’s remaining life. The app may provide general battery health alerts..." that's actually useless, IMO.
