Can't connect to my X2D at all in lan mode, and even if it did basic stuff is locked behind a paywall.

Sorry you’re having trouble connecting to your X2D. It is supported, so please send us the app logs and we’ll investigate it together. All features can be unlocked by watching an ad, so you don’t need to pay anything. A low rating won’t solve the issue. Please contact us at https://printertools.app/support

Locks basic features behind a paywall. Really sours the whole experience. Reply to developer: I didn't say the entire app needed to be free, but locking the most basic controls for a printer behind a paywall is ridiculous. And had I not installed and tried the app, I literally couldn't have posted this review.

The main dashboard and the most important print information are already available for free, so I’m honestly not sure what “basic” features you feel are missing. To my disappointment the elegoo cc isn't supported or at least doesn't work with the app. I understand this app is in its very early stages, but I would be excited to see development regarding the Centauri Carbon. This is not a negative review, I do enjoy this app and it's design, rather the app does not currently meet my needs at this time. I must reiterate that this is not a negative review and I am very interested in the future of this tool and am excited for further printer support.

Thanks for the feedback. The Elegoo Centauri Carbon is not listed as supported on the website or app, so compatibility isn’t expected yet. Instead of a negative review you could contact support at https://printertools.app/support (5 contact methods available). I’m happy to help or work on adding support for more printers.
why make an app that doesnt work ? bloody pointless!

Sorry about the bad experience. The startup crash issue has already been fixed in version 1.2. Please update the app and let us know if everything works correctly now 😊
