Pants. absolute rubbish. can't get my tickets into Google wallet. Can't log in as, when they send a code, attempting to access it closes the browser so you have to start the process all over again. Absolutely pointless app. why our rugby club uses this rubbish is a total mystery to me. I've seen more useful things that are no use whatsoever.
Bad customer support
Atrocious, just use Fatsoma instead.
I emailed customer services and they sorted my tickets out within a day thankyou
A ticket I bought and had money removed from my bank account for didn't show up in the app. Unpleasant night resulted :(

No way to provide feedback for an event I have bought off the app. I bought tickets for the Tyler ICU event. Have been at the show and 3 Hrs post start time artist is no where to be seen, so will down score the app to show my dissatisfaction!! Never again! this is not South Africa. artists should respect our time. We have things to do and places to be! can't wait all night for artists to show up!!!

Dear User, Thank you for the rating us. Kindly let us know what updates or changes you would like to see in our app, in order to give us a 5 Star rating. You could write to us team@fixr.co. - The FIXR team
The app has businesses trading on here that are fraudulent. You buy the e-tickets and then when you get to the business it's closed or doesn't exist. I've tried getting a refund from the business but they've now said they don't know anything about getting refunds on tickets purchased through this app. This is just a warning to users, purchase at your own risk.

Cant even buy a ticket, get errors before getting to the checkout. Edit - contacted support and was responded to very quickly and given an alternative. Was able to purchase my tickets.
