Flexi is the most worst job portal for freelancers in singapore. It's 90% of shifts are for Kopittiam... Kopittiam... Kopittiam where the work load is heaviest but lowest hour rate of $10/hour. I uninstalled Flexi. Other job platforms are providing shifts with better hour rates. Flexi is good and expert only in imposing penalty points on it's freelancers.
This has to be the best job platform i ever experienced. Payment was promptly transferred without any glitches. And yes , they care.
Honestly ridiculous.. Both the live agent and the app also that it was just temporary suspension till 6th of October which i understand. The live agent even told me i can remove my penalty points by working more. Yesterday 6th october i checked the app and it said suspended till further notice? Today i message live support they say permanent ban without informing why??? Why 2 different live support say different things?

First shift went really well n it was easy to find shifts
User friendly, reliable and efficient app for part-timers. Jobs listed are straightforward with flexible timings although some companies may have job description that is not relating to the job title. Their hourly rates could be better. We're in 2026 now. They need to improve on this so as not to confuse the part-timers. The booking process is simple and hassle-free plus customer service is always available to assist

Flexii’s hotline was useless—no one answered. They even cancelled the job and marked me as a “no-show,” despite me being there. The job was supposed to end at 11:00 a.m., but the client (kleanSG) dragged it until 11:30 before I finally received my payment.
