it was great until recently. I cant log in since an update happened. it keeps giving me an error message

was fast and responsive until newest update. now maps don't work and it's not reading your location automatically even with proper permissions settings on your cell. tried uninstall too, no luck there.

This app is generally okay, but for the last several days, the maps don't show up at all when you click a route to see where the bus is, etc. I've already contacted LT about it. It's just really frustrating. 😑 It could be a lot better than it is.

your dam app won't let me attach eather my debit or credit card as a payment method and I'm with bmo. Cards work everywhere else so it's definitely your problem.

Keeps saying I can't add my card

it keeps saying it can't add my card to the account, so I can't pay for it online. This is frustrating

This app rarely reads on bus scanners and when it does, takes more than 15 attempts. Lethbridge transit needs to do better than expecting their drivers to argue with paying passengers over technology that can't read simple QR codes.

It's is very useful application at regular basis. It is very accurate about the timing of the buses. The only trouble I always find is it takes long time to open the options it keeps buffering and buffering. Either to check the schedule of the bus or to redeem ticket.
