Trainers: your public page at heelhub.app/t/your-name — profile, places, rates, your language, a QR code to share. New clients pick an open time on it and ask for a session, no account needed; accept and invite, suggest another time or decline, with email at every step. In its live phase the session screen shows one button by the clock. Owners: a moved session stays in sight on Home as a waiting request.
Book sessions, track progress
HeelHub is one private space for a dog trainer and their clients — booking, group classes, live sessions, lesson summaries, daily reads, quizzes, conversations with photos and video, practice reports, reminders, a dog journal and progress you can see. No marketplace, no public feeds: just you, your trainer, and your dog. FOR DOG OWNERS • See your trainer's real availability, week by week, and book a free slot — held until they confirm. Say where, move or cancel in a tap. • Know what's coming: the plan, what to bring, your "To discuss" list. • At the session: open it live from Home — the plan, your topics, a photo or video, a question by voice. One tap says how it went. • Read the lesson summary after each session — in your language, with photos and videos — all of them on Home. • Short daily reads in your language, with videos — and theory quizzes built from what you've been taught. • Practise at home: today's tasks on one screen, with repeating reminders and a streak to keep. Film a try, ask or note how it went — sent to your trainer as one report. • Ask anything: a question is a conversation with your trainer, with photos or video. • Group sessions: see your dog's class — the dogs coming, the shared plan and summary. • Forms from your trainer, acknowledged in the app. Your contact details and places, saved once. • A dog journal your trainer reads while planning, and progress scores from intake to today. • Every dog in the family on one profile — free for owners, no payment details. FOR TRAINERS • Publish your usual week, change any date weeks ahead; clients request only slots you offer. Approve, decline, move or cancel in a tap — no double bookings. • Plan in points and share it in a tap, with a what-to-bring list; skipped points, the client's topics and the dog's diary are one tap away. • Run the session live: it starts by itself at the booked time. Tick the plan, dictate notes and home practice, take a photo or a clip, wrap up on one screen. • Write the lesson summary after: your notes, theories from your library, photos and videos, one Publish — AI only if you want it. Nobody sees a word until you publish. • Group classes: one session for several dogs — shared plan and summary, one credit per dog. • Your own library: assign a daily theory in a tap, in each client's language, see who read it, or attach one to a lesson. • Quiz your clients: ten questions generated from what they have been taught — review, send, see the scores. • Answer in your own words: a question opens a conversation — type, add a photo or a video, or let AI draft a reply from your points. • Practice reports: what a client does, films, asks or notes at home arrives as one report under the dog. Reply once. • Forms your clients acknowledge: upload a waiver once, assign it per client — a needed one comes before they can book. • Clients, dogs, sessions, places, documents, assessments and journals in one place; invite clients with a code. • Fair pricing: first month free, then one-time credit packs — one credit per session, refunded if cancelled. No subscription. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays between you and your trainer — no ads, no ad tracking, never sold. Photos, videos and messages stay within the trainer–client pair; in a group, owners see other dogs by name only. Dictation becomes text, never stored as audio. ALSO NICE • iPhone and iPad (details beside the list on iPad), light and dark mode. • 15 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. • Notifications for what matters: requests, replies, plans, lesson summaries, practice reports, daily reads and quizzes. HeelHub is invite-only: dog owners join with a code from their trainer. Trainers: create your account and invite your first client. Questions or feedback? contact@fluttech.com — we read everything.
