I have an older, non electronic version of the toy and I guess that's not good enough to he granted the honour and privilege of access to the app, without which you pretty much can't use the toy. I must go and buy another toy I guess, and then another one, every time you decide the app will only work for the newest model

Thanks for your comments. The smART pixelator app is a companion app to our smART pixelator Toy. You need the smART pixelator device in order to use the app.
It was extremely difficult even for adults. Me and my daughter spent hours working on a bracelet and it fell apart easily and was very flimsy. It comes with very little beads. On the bright side it is cool if you do small projects on this but the bracelet I think are the hardest. My daughter has made a few before but very little ones and soon she ran out of beads.

Spent 45 mins trying to create a dinosaur image for my son (first time using the app) then after 45 mins of work the stupid Bluetooth modal popped up and I couldn't close it. All my work was lost. Why not just allow image conversion on the website so I can design there, and save to SD card?
I am unable to create an account. It continues to tell me I am entering an invalid email address. Super frustrating. I looked for help online and was unable to locate a way to remedy this problem, only if I needed to set a new password or if it says an email is ready being used.
