Doesn't work

used to be good. we chose this app because it used to be simple, intuitive, and reliable, but now they are over complicating it for "reasons" and every time they make a change it breaks the program for us and we have to beg their customer service to fix it again. we are going to look for a new service to use for the company. will say the customer service is pretty solid which is the only reason they are getting two stars instead of one.

this app is very slow and freezes alot. there was recently an update/change to the app to where every time you click off the app and click back in it refresh and loose what ever you were doing.
