Slow check in. The app gets unstable with some events. You cant manage your openings easily.

We are at the event. The app was working fine but now giving error status already checked in when it is not

hola, estuve probando la versión beta de la aplicación Check-ins y no funciona no me aparece mis imagenes de mi eventos se ha desaparecido y no funciona la cámara para validar los asistentes ya le di la opción habilitar camara de mi celular y aun asi no funciona. asi que porfavor deseo regresar a la versión anterior tengo un vario eventos por realizar y esto no me puede estar pasando me esta generando un gran problema. es MUY MUY URGENTE QUE ME SOLUCIONEN ESTE PROBLEMA

Hi Yoshio, the beta app has been available for testing since October 2024 and this is the first time we've heard of this issue. So it sounds like this is an issue unique to your setup. We see you sent us a support ticket so we will take a look and get back to you there.
Work well on oppo phone but cannot even login if using iphone. Kindly assist

Love it.. but could add few features as : - Hide past events - Add custom order infos (if other 'product are bought' in the same order - Group tickets from same order

Cannot login with same credentials that were previously working, support not getting in touch

Hi Paavan, we're not seeing any support tickets for you in our system. Please send us a message at https://help.fooevents.com/contact/support/ and we'll be able to help troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing as we haven't had any other customers contact us with a similar issue.
Often has errors and delays in checking people in. Needs better functionality with sorting and being able to identify the right day in multiday events.
