CompareOpen in Google PlaySince the last update this app has been frustrating. Specially with the fingerprint log in. Once I log in with the fingerprint option, close the app and go back into the app...If I tap on the screen before the fingerprint option is fully up, it flakes out and says that I need to enroll for fingerprint authentication again. Why have this option if it fails all the time and you have to re-enter your password.
It randomly keeps locking me out! And because I like to lock my card, I cannot withdraw cash from the ATM because it's locked! F.A. is open while I am at work, so I get surprised when, for example, grocery shopping and I go to unlock my card and it won't let me log in with my pin or fingerprint! Totally frustrating, especially when I cannot remember my Username because one has to contact the credit union during business hours! I will be leaving this credit union within the next week or two!
the app is not responding, when I open to check and confirm, under technology problem, try again later. so call bank to verify confirm reset

spam and fraud daily with this credit union. with all them big money michiganders you would think they would have good tech security but too cheap typical yankees
This app never works as expected. It often asks you to login EVERY SINGLE TIME claiming no enrollment in fingerprint. The recent update with a smaller font size makes it difficult to read. this app is a constant disappointment.
