needs update constantly boots out of the app on Android

definitely not built to be user friendly can't copy the address from the form no built in map to see where the jobs are straight up garbage.

Thanks for the feedback. FORM OpX forms are highly customizable, so address fields and map options depend on your organization’s setup. Google Maps can be integrated into forms, and we can help. If you’re able to share a little more about the form or the specific address field you’re having trouble with, our Support team can also help look into it.
Poorly designed app. I use it on Android. Should have a function to take photos then answer questions instead of sitting in front of a house dodging traffic trying to answer questions to prompt the photo button. Not user friendly for field work.

Sorry to hear the app doesn’t feel user-friendly for your work. FORM OpX forms are fully customized by each company, including question order and photo prompts. We recommend sharing your feedback with your admin or supervisor, who can adjust the setup to better fit your workflow.
As an inspector since 2008, this is BY FAR the worst app created and is a total disgrace to the apps in the industry. If it's still operating as it did in 2017 when I last used it, then it's bad. The app creators blame the layout of the app on the company that uses their app. If you want to build a better app, look at how the InspectorADE app works. Seamless and easy. A 30-second inspection shouldn't take 10 minutes. Rapid photos are a must, independent labeling AFTER, not in order to move on.

worst app. all it does is take up space. doesnt open tasks. doesnt load them properly. doesnt bother uploading them half the time. terrible, terrible, terrible.

Almost certain this app took my info possibly some important personal info encrypted it and no return. LAWSUIT!!! The company I worked for, Coke had me download it and then instantly we stopped using it.
