Ever since a new company took the app & website over it's super glitchy. At least once a week it doesn't work at all, all I get is a message that "generation failed" and it won't work at all. I pay $25 a month for this and quite frankly, I'm ready to ditch it. when it does work, responses are slow. I've used this app for almost a year and I'm pretty disappointed the last few weeks.

I loved it up until today. Today, I've gotten 40 error messages Haven't been contacted yet although I've sent reports and a request
I can't delete my account it's not working. Also it think it's a shame that there's no trail period for the payment
so happy that there's an app now. only problem is that even when using the pro mode, it still forgets a lot and the events don't track big moments in the story. but still the best story app there is.

wanted to cancel as it wasn't my thing, but I had to go to a web browser to attempt to cancel but every time I tried to cancel it said sorry there was an error. so I used the email provided but then noticed when in my emails for confirmation of purchase there was an email that is completely different to the one on the support page. still haven't been able to cancel yet.
I've always had storylines in my head, but not enough time to actually write them out. Plotwist has allowed me to generate fun interactive stories and make my beloved characters come to life. I highly recommend you try it and see for yourself.
I love this app. I have spent hundreds of hours on my stories. The devs are involved in the Discord community and on the app and always respond to questions and ideas, and I'm really happy with the service overall.
Been using the service since before there was an app, and now that they have an app, it's so clean. Smooth interface, clean lines, responsive. I've spent hours making stories and running through the narratives a dozen different ways with a fresh experience every time. It's my addiction right now and well worth the subscription price.
could at least let you look at the app to see if its even worth purchasing a subscription smdh
