I use this app on a handheld device, and while in use, this app will mute every other program. I have to fully close Pulse down to regain the set volume setting. I cannot mute the sounds from this app either. it would be nice to have a user setting to change the sound/vibration function.
App just doesn't work! Just a big WP on screen and nothing else
Works as intended, but...with the latest update as of 11/23/25, dark theme isn't dark anymore. The appointment blocks are harsh white on a black background. App was much more easy to read before. Idk if it's a bug or if this is the new design for dark theme; I tried changing it in settings but no dice. If it's the new design then it's not very good. If it's a bug I hope they fix it. My only other complaint, it's sometimes hard to edit notes. Works otherwise.

since the update this app works better...still ANNOYING to book an appt thru this app. but checking the schedule and accepting online appts is easy to do now and doesnt take 35 yrs to load
yay another update, boo i cant connect my store now, when I login it directs me to add my store and when I do, I get a 502 api error. do you guys test anything?

I hate this app as an employee. it never loads. I have to restart my phone, and even then it still doesnt load.I can't edit or delete my notes. I cant see who tipped me what amount. it sucks.

Works for what I need it to do, but I wish there was more customization.
I know others have had trouble with this app, but for me and my small business it works well. Also, their customer service has been great when issues come up. For most issues same day turn around. We just completed our yearly inventory, and it saved us a bunch of money in payroll. Our grooming salon loves it too. I find that they are great at implementing changes that we request too!
Fixed one problem causing another. Please fix so we can scroll down on the noted and actually read them.
