Great service, terrible app. Constantly hitches, doesn't respond to a touch, doesn't update cart if added to on the website or another app instance, etc. But worth it for the fresh direct service

this app is too buggy and lags like crazy

Drivers do not follow delivery instructions: The drivers in this company does want they want, and not what they are instructed to do. I filed a complaint against the driver and I removed the $15.00 tip for not carrying my bag up to my apartment and just dumping it in the lobby.

Fresh Direct is great but this app is kind of awful. It's so incredibly slow and unresponsive - every single tap takes 5-10 seconds to load; the checkout flow is painful. Edit: as of 8/7, the app now defaults to Google Pay every time I update an order placed with a credit card, adding another step to a long and frustrating checkout flow.
