Not very useful or functional. Only real purpose appears to be for payment of HOA.
they want you to update the app but you can't.
Unable to open app. using correct info but will not update or open.
Unable to login, received response: "update required to continue using the App" but not giving option to update! Appears no update is available!

sucks
this application doesn't work for sign-up.
I am not sure if it is the app or APM, but my attempt to use this app has been awful. The email to complete the sign up process never arrived. So far all of my experiences with APM have been inefficient, but this is a new low. Highly disappointed, do not recommend.
