Scrollmate blocks the apps you keep opening, and hands the snooze button to someone you trust. Pick the apps that eat your day, set rules for when they are off limits, and connect an accountability partner with an invite code. When a rule kicks in, Scrollmate blocks the app. If you really need more time, you send your partner a request with a photo and a reason. They say yes or no from their own phone. Free 3-day trial, then a subscription is required. Partners use Scrollmate for free. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you want to use less 2. Set rules: focus hours, sleep, or a daily budget 3. Invite a partner with a code 4. When a rule is active, Scrollmate blocks the app 5. Need more time? Send a request with a selfie and a reason 6. Your partner approves or denies it from their phone WHY IT WORKS Most blockers leave the final decision to you. Strict mode optionally uses an Accessibility service so blocks hold more reliably. These are used only to enforce the rules you set. Your list of installed apps and your per-app usage stay on your phone. Your partner sees your daily screen time total and the requests you send them.
