They will take your money and not give it back to you. Then their "customer service" just stops responding to you. That is if you can even get to a real person. Don't expect to make any money on this and don't expect to get all of it back. They stole my money as far as I'm concerned.
high fees, ridiculous lock ups, terrible returns, and when they finally did something amazing (VCX going public) they executed with a partnership with Computershare. Computershare is literally the worst experience i have ever had in personal finance.
Making around 1-1.9% annually for past 3 plus years I requested withdraw 2 months before deadline and they only honored part of it. They kept over $4000 which I am LOSING money on. Absolutely waste of time and money Horrible company
Very interesting and informative platform for investing in Real Estate.
Invested with this company for roughly 8 years. Total avg return is about 0.7 percent a year. With the fees and everything else I've basically lost money. Oh and good luck getting your money in a timely manner. I've put in to liquidate all assets and get money back. You'll get half in three months, then the other half three months later. Could have put this money into T bills and would have almost doubled my money in the same time frame. Don't waste your time.

Less than 1 star if possible. After a year of requesting liquidation of my holdings, they still will not honor them and return my capital. In the meantime my holdings continue to diminish in value. Very corrupt and criminal company - do not work with them. You'd have better growth and returns in the bond market, and at least that's liquid for when you need your money.

the Fundrise account has delivered positive earnings. It's a good way to invest in real-estate. My returns have been noticeable good
Easy to use, not making much return, but it is worth a try.
