glitching

i'm using Samsung phone. I even cannot open the search doctor apps and e-card function. Keep giving me error or ask me try again later. Is this a scam or fake insurance policy? disappointed with fwd service.

Slow and buggy recently, did not experience this before. Have been using the app for 1+ years or more. Problems: 1) Slow log in process via singpass, even unsuccessful attempts when authorising customer portal on app to log in. 2) Long loading times, policies do not show up. Uninstalled and reinstall app but to no avail. Does not really inspire confidence for a company who is suppose to insure me.
