Loving this app. It has everything you need to be successful with this program.
Love the magic of 'the fast' knowing what's happening behind the scenes. In just a month, my clothes hang on me. My go-to shirts are more like dresses. I have more confidence. It is not a hard program to follow. I am still working on my occasional weaknesses, but overall, I am doing very well, and I don't feel like a complete failure after a celebration! It works.

The Approach is a life change that anyone can be successful. After trying many diets and gimmicks to lose weight to have no success or if I did I was deprived. This is the first way of eating that has changed my life forever. So greatful!
