☆EDIT DID GET MY REFUND☆ somehow I got charged $19.99 that they took out of my paypal account without authorization. I NEVER once used this app and wasn't aware of any upcoming charges this app is a scam and they will just take your money and refuse to refund it even within minutes of taking it. I didn't see anything they offer for $19.99 expensive instant refusal to refund money they just took without any communication and conveniently can't dispute thru paypal

Hi Hope, sorry for the trouble. This charge came from a subscription you started on our website (3-day trial, then $19.99/month), not the app. We've cancelled it and refunded the $19.99 in full. you took $7.41 out of my account 4 times since July 10 and that's after i emailed u to cancel my subscription. so after the 2nd time i emailed u again asking for a refund and no response. so after the 3rd time i emailed u again and no response. i would like to be refunded $29.64 ASAP please. thank u. total since this last post is now 37.05

The metal detector is a joke it just randomly changes numbers it doesn't actually work and then the crystal identifier is completely inaccurate this app sucks

Random numbers and inaccurate identifications -- that's not acceptable for an identification app. We're working on improving both the metal detector reliability and crystal ID accuracy.
I paid for a week, and got the same result on every stone I scanned. very upset. and then there is no one to talk to about my concern. app was difficult to use and then was totally wrong. deleted app and would like money back

You're right that one answer for every rock isn't identification — that was a bug in the older version and it's already fixed in the latest update. Please update the app and results should be accurate again.
nothing but issues since first download. got a red error code with no stone found googled it and it said this "This alert indicates an authentication error where the application is unable to connect to its backend service." and It typically means the API key entered in the settings is invalid, expired, or incorrect.". it's kind of crazy they give you a 7-Day free trial before you pay and you can't even use the app. there is no way to contact customer support or get assistance in submitting help

SCAM!! I selected the 7 day free trial and downloaded the app then after I created an account it has another paywall offering a 3 day trial in order to use the app. I never actually got to use it at all but was charged $.50 on PayPal. Don't waste your time or money.
