Gemini Markets & Credit Card

I paid for the Gemini Credit Card 3 days ago, and the money was taken from my bank account yesterday. However, I still cannot get or use my card. I’m stuck today trying to buy food for myself and my kids, and Gemini will neither return the money to my bank account nor make it available on my credit card. This has left me without access to money I need for basic necessities. Taking payment before providing usable card access, then offering no immediate refund or temporary access, is unacceptable.
