some comments seen, others just disappear, no notification received for either new comments or photos added Who in their right mind would write a "help" section with a light blue font on a white background? Can't read what's written. Your tech team needs pulling up Unfortunately negative ratings not possible. Doesn't accept Indian phone numbers even when it allows it. Pathetic

Great app if you like to play around

Update 5-16-26. I tried the app again today. This time it let me log in and it seems to be working. So I bumped up my rating, will try it a while and see if it works again. Dec 2025: I have used this app for 8 years, and it no longer seems to work. what a shame. it used to be so nice. Just reinstalled on my phone and now I can't even sign in. I guess i will need to try to download any photos that others posted from my computer, then find another service.

Since 2017 my family has been using this app to share family pictures and videos safely. We live in Alaska, Illinois, Florida, Mexico and Cuba so it's really amazing to share these moments are our kids grow. But now, this app is trying to make us pay to upload quality videos. The new, free option looks like videos shot from a 90's cellphone. What a shame they chose the ruin this amazing app.

pretty bad technically, seems to take forever to upload photos, and switching to another app stops the process.

I used to be able to at least access the app. Now it sits on the logo and never loads. How am I supposed to upload photos when I can't access the app?

I tried to login with Google but Google blocked it as it said this app doesn't comply with Google's "use secure browsers" policy. my kid school photos are in there but i can't access them now. please fix it

brilliant initially now completely locked out of all my pics
