My work gave them my legal name (my dead name) without my permission. Their business model is sketchy, and I'm sure most employees would rather the PEPM their employers pay subsidize their premiums than go to some sketchy company. I've had a hard time finding any positive feedback about garner, except from employers. lots of people seem to have issues getting their claims recognized as eligible for re-imbursment or even getting their reimbursements paid out.
