cant access my dashboard through chrome or app. recaptive fails and wont let me have an email sent to me to rescue account.

i go to the same coffee shop every day - ever since they swicthed from punch cards to clover i have gotten points for my purchases two times out of maybe 20 visits. horrible.
they make you download the app to get your points and they make it so that the register or merchant can't apply the points directly for you
Update 10/8: App is broken again and can't get a network connection. Every update breaks something. **UPDATE 1/16/26: Took the Dev about 3 weeks to fix the issue and roll out an update.** This app is unusable as of January 2026. The ReCaptcha ALWAYS fails now and there's no way around it to use the app. Fix your app, it's fully unusable in it's current state and has been broken for weeks.
app doesnt work. its keep saying "cant connect to clover".
Not sure if they're supposed to but points expire. Have lost $10 off at a favorite bakery twice now.
I was ignored when requesting a refund! I ordered from a restaurant that was closed and so I tried to cancel the order and get my money back but it was impossible through the app and I reached out through the email to clover and they never respond. I would recommend to not use this app.
Scam. avoid this software and app. it's nothing but a vacuum to steal your data
