this app is horrible. it doesn't work at all and it's been weeks. I just get an unauthorized error. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. it's clear they let AI code it and now it's broken.

I just downloaded the app and tried signing into my account. All I get is "something went wrong" over and over again. I'm not sure why this app is so highly rated considering I am experiencing issues after just downloading it. I tried many troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I restarted my phone, try signing in with wi-fi, then tried signing in with try signing in with wi-fi, then tried signing in with 5G, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, clearing cache, nothing worked.

DO NOT USE!!! they canceled my appointment on me 12 hours beforehand in the middle of the night. they blamed me as if I would lie about canceling an appt I was looking forward to for months. then they tried to tell me "we dont cancel appointments". dishonesty and zero accountability. this app cannot be trusted. use booksy or call the barbershop directly.

adds to gcal - good stuff

easy to book appointments and see what services most barbershop provide, so when you arrive you get attended from that sec you enter. Sometimes your barber is finishing up with another customer but the wait time is no more than 10min

Basically self explanatory, easy to use, and very convenient, I usually book a couple days out from when I actually go to the shop so dnt knw much about same day appointments(like how early they need to be made).

The easy interface makes scheduling a breeze

Always fails at check out. It opened up, I select my barber, I select my cut, I select my payment, phone nunber, email and then it says soemthings wrong. It refuses to let me use the app.
