Only 1 transfer out of 4 worked without issues. Two transfers were accepted by drivers, who later canceled. I had to wait 3 hours after the specified pickup time for another. I switched to daytrip, and it works way better.

Two times now they have left me on the side of the road with no help but kept my money and no refund. The first time was €240. The next time was €120. Get transfer. don't answer any of their messages. I had to get an Uber in the end. I recommend everybody else does that Uber provide a great service, and by the way, Uber was half the price of what I was willing to pay get transfer. Avoid like the plague. Very bad. I have now lost my money as they refuse to answer me. I will never use again.

This was a great service. often foreigners are scammed and struggle to choose a trustworthy service. GetTransfers was simple, reliable and executed exactly as wanted. I will definitely recommend and use again.

This app helped make looking for a driver and pricing so much easier. We had a great, nice driver with excellent reviews. The car was very nice and clean. It accommodated 2 adults and all our large luggage. Also had wifi. I would use this app again!

I cannot now pay fully online for any ride, drivers are random, you have to look for them (even if it's stated that they meet you with a sign name - they order a random car when you are already outside and you are looking for them) I don't see any reason now why it's better than uber, because now it's more of a headache, less secure and less reliable
