Their customer service is painful. The automated service sucks and then the hold is forever. And then i had not received an item and it took several calls to get that sorted

overall, I love the site, it's offerings, and killer prices. where they still lack in my experience is in customer service, and addressing order issues that arise. I've been denied a return on an over 300$ item that was mismarked size, under a one size fits most in women's, but it arrived as a osfm childs. their misrepresented error, should not become my financial loss. A different issue they refused to fix was a defective item with sewing flaw; "final sale, sorry". seriously? buyer beware!
Terrible UI with dumb error handling
LOVE the Gilt app... luxury merchandise with the ability to use Afterpay makes it even better! Highly recommend.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
