I cannot imagine a more broken experience when attempting to connect with my care providers. Links that just don't work, features that appear to be there that simply disappear, and all kinds of bugs. I am just trying to reschedule an appointment and I am jot able to communicate that to anyone on an app designed for me to communicate with mental health professionals.

My coach is a great fit! I thought my source of stress was figured out. I was surprised (in a good way) when the conversation also went into managing home life with teens. Texting works on my end as it gives me time to answer questions, too.
Beware this company charges late cancelation and no show fees even when appointments are rescheduled at the request of the treating provider. The provider was good, however their business practices are not ethical. Not good for a provider of mental health services to attempt to create additional mental health issues by charging a late cancelation fee for a rescheduling of an appointment at the request of the provider.

Very happy with it so far.
This is offered free from my employer. I wish it were the entire Headspace app but it's nice to reap some of the benefits.

Coach took the whole session to barely go over anything and a Therapist left me sitting alone "waiting" for him to host and let me in. 30 FULL MINUTES. I have never felt more ignored when I needed help. Stay away from this unprofessional trash.
it's very helpful
I'm mostly using for their video courses and content, which are helpful, however the app is buggy and won't take me to a course I already started (just reloads the current "explore page"). Basically, I can't access the content.
easy and supportive and and all around good app
